**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

- Responsible for shipping and receiving activities ensuring that customer and rental shipments are received and shipped in a timely manner.
- Verify and accurately record all material and equipment receipts and shipments.
- Assist the technicians and customer service representatives in processing orders.
- Greet and assist customers dropping off and picking up equipment.
- Actively participate in Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs.
- Maintain work area in an organized manner and take an active role in the shop’s cleanliness and maintenance activities.
- Perform assigned tasks according to documented procedures
- Maintain knowledge and ensure compliance to relevant safety policies and procedures and Occupational Health & Safety Act, WHMIS, Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act, and related governing legislation.
- Consistently contribute to meet service centre objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Ability to lift 60lbs on a regular basis
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and personal commitment to get the job done
- Demonstrated focus on “wowing” the customer with exceptional service
- Team-player and an ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills, ability to convey message in an organized, clear and effective manner
- A self-starter, taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills and aptitude, Experience with SAP is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of dangerous goods and WHMIS regulations is required
- Previous warehousing experience and forklift training an asset
- Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
