Product Advisor

**Product Advisor - Western Toyota**

Responsibilities include assisting customers with all aspects of purchasing or leasing new and used vehicles, matching the needs of a customer to an appropriate product, imparting an understanding of vehicle features and technologies with communication during product order and sales cycles. The Product Advisor is expected to maintain a consistent after-sale relationship with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. The successful applicant will be trained on in-house CRM's and processes and are expected to leverage the full suite of features to be successful in this role.

- Experience using/ability to learn modern CRM software
- Understanding of technology
- Excellent interpersonal skills

**Requirements**:

- Strong sales background
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
