**Status**: Full-time, Permanent Position | **Location**: Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC
**Report To**: Director of Warehouse Operations | **Service**: Warehouse

Reporting to the Director of Warehouse Operations, the shipper ensures that orders are prepared and shipped without errors, efficiently and in a timely manner for our customers.

Will perform other related duties as requested by his immediate superior, all in accordance with internal procedures and rules.

**TASKS RELATED TO FUNCTION**

**Shipment of merchandise** | 93%
- Prepare and print invoices and shipping labels.
- Collect and verify that all items and goods are included in the shipment.
- Prepare shipments and shipping labels for transport companies.
- Examine the contents of shipments to see if it corresponds to the records and verifying its accuracy.
- Perform general physical activity to unload, sort and move the goods by hand or with the help of handling equipment.
- Ensure that all goods are properly placed in the warehouse to ensure proper loading.

**Health & Safety** | 5%
- Be compliant with the standards and business procedures as well as enforcing the health and safety laws.
- Ensure that work areas and equipment are kept clean and organized at all times.

**Other** | 2%
- Participate in the annual inventory.
- Complete various reports.

***ACADEMIC ASPECTS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- High school diploma or vocational training.
- Good knowledge of french and English.
- Experience in shipping a must.
- Basic knowledge of various programs such as Excel, Outlook.
- Forklift operator credentials would be an asset.
- Able to work in an environment where the temperature varies.
