**Status: Casual (3 POSITIONS)**

**Site: Balmoral Centre**

**Shifts: Days/Evenings/Nights including weekends (12 hour rotation)**

**Rate of Pay: $30.86 - $31.26 per hour**

**Qualifications**:

- **Certificate of Registration with the Ontario College of Nurses**:

- **Current CPR**:

- **Recent physical assessment and pharmacology courses**:

- **Demonstrated knowledge of concurrent disorders**:

- **Must have 1 to 2 years experience in mental health and addictions**:

- **Excellent communication skills both written and verbal**:

- **Demonstrated knowledge and ability to administer CIWA and COWS assessments**:

- **Demonstrated knowledge of community agencies and pharmacies including Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre**:

- **Current training in administering Suboxone**:

- **Demonstrated experience working within a collaborative practice model of care**:

- **Demonstrated regular attendance at work**
