Field Supervisor

**Position Summary**
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Field Supervisor, will be responsible for assisting clients’ needs for various field level activities, examples being, set up of tank farms, access mat packages, invert tank farm packages, set up of wellsite shacks and job trailers.
- This position is fulltime and is based out of our _**_Red Deer/ Blackfalds_**_ location._
**Time Commitment**
You may be required from time to time to work outside these hours as the need arises. Schedule may be altered at the discretion of management.

Summary of Duties (Duties may include, but are not limited to the following): *
- Supervise install of rig mats for various configurations. Supervise the mobilization, set up and demobilization of Apollo Pool packages
- Supervise all mobilization and demobilization of Total assets from TOR yards to Customer sites.
- Interface with Client field contacts and on site reps to ensure the proper job scope has been executed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper Safety meeting / JSA / FLHA documentation is completed and followed prior to starting any and all field level jobs.
- Supervise downstream related operations as well as ability to be able to work together with our Downstream Sales/Marketing crew
- Has sales aptitude with complete knowledge of the company’s products and services
- Demonstrate and execute a superior understanding of the client’s needs to provide exceptional customer service.
- Solve problems for equipment in the field or find someone competent to assist to solve issues quickly.
- Have experience working on surface rental equipment including 400 bbl and invert tanks.
- Direct any and all Total Personnel and Total Trucks on site for the duration of scheduled jobs.
- Supervise TOR work crews that are required to accompany install of various job packages in the field.

**Qualifications**:
GODI, Standard First Aid, Oilfield Supervision, TDG, WHMIS, H2S Alive, Confined Space Rescue, Defensive Driving, Volatile Material Handling, Airbrake systems.
**Required Competencies**
- 5 -7 years related experience
- Have Class 5 license and acceptable driver’s abstract
- Knowledge with pumps, tanks, hoses, electrical equipment and hydraulics.
- Have a commitment to safe work practices
- Are able to pass a pre-employment as well as ongoing pre-access testing as required
- Are career-oriented and customer-focused
