Drum Instructor

Treble'N Bass is on the lookout for a devoted and enthusiastic Instrument Teacher to enrich our team from september 2024 till june 2025. As an Instrument Teacher, you'll be instrumental in delivering top-notch music lessons and creating captivating learning experiences for our students. This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to guide students through the beautiful journey of mastering an instrument.

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft and deliver instructional materials aligned with our curriculum guidelines
- Strategize and execute effective teaching methods catering to the diverse needs of students
- Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive learning atmosphere to encourage student engagement and involvement
- Evaluate student progress and furnish constructive feedback to nurture their musical journey
- Stay abreast of industry trends and adopt best practices in teaching methodologies
- Maintain meticulous records of student attendance, performance, and other pertinent information

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Music Education or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in teaching a musical instrument
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles
- Possession of patience, empathy, and a genuine ardor for education

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.51-$30.00 per hour
