We seek a passionate, experienced Full-Time Badminton Coach to join our dynamic team. As a Badminton Coach, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the skills and character of our athletes. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the overall growth of our players, both on and off the court.

**Other**:Chinese Langauge skills would be a huge plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and conduct high-quality badminton coaching sessions for individuals and groups of varying skill levels and age groups.
- Develop personalized training programs to cater to each player's specific needs and goals.
- Teach fundamental techniques, strategies, and game tactics to enhance players' performance.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to players to help them improve their skills and reach their full potential.
- Motivate and inspire players to maintain a strong work ethic, discipline, and sportsmanship.
- Monitor and track players' progress, adjusting coaching strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a cohesive training environment.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating badminton tournaments, events, and workshops.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in badminton coaching methodologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a badminton coach, preferably working with diverse age groups and skill levels.
- Strong understanding of badminton techniques, strategies, and game rules.
- Coaching certifications and qualifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and connect with players of all ages.
- Organizational skills to plan and execute effective training sessions.
- Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Commitment to promoting sportsmanship and teamwork.
