Job Duties
- Maintain inventory cataloging including location, repairs, and maintenance schedules
- Search part numbers, order parts and schedule work
- Track all equipment and transfers of equipment
- Assist with service call out and flight schedules for both incoming and outgoing technicians
- Assist with Coordination of scheduling of preventative maintenance and service of equipment
- Work together with the project teams and superintendents on logistics of equipment and repairs
- Obtain accurate and detailed information for site needs in reference to problems they are having with equipment
- Outsourcing service and call outs.
- Call projects for equipment and service information
- Receive and direct calls within the department
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of heavy equipment would be an asset but not a requirement
- Strong organizational and record keeping ability
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem solving ability; recognize, assess, provide solutions
- Ability to work with a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to troubleshoot problems
- Superior customer relation skills, excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in an office environment with the ability to do hands on work as required
- Knowledge of maintenance systems and processes is an asset
