- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in learning
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

**Skills**:

- Educate: Ability to educate young children using developmentally appropriate methods and techniques.
- Experience with children: Demonstrated experience working with young children, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate support.
- Early childhood education: Knowledge of early childhood education theories, practices, and curriculum development.
- Tutoring: Ability to provide one-on-one instruction or tutoring to children who may need additional support.
