- Description du poste:_

L'assistant de magasin est responsable du fonctionnement quotidien du centre qui lui est attribué. Cela inclut l'adhésion aux valeurs fondamentales de l'entreprise, la dotation en personnel, la résolution des conflits, et la gestion globale des opérations.
- Tâches et responsabilités :_
- Constitution et motivation de l'équipe ;
- Dotation en personnel conformément aux valeurs fondamentales de MontVR ;
- Protéger l'intégrité de la marque ;
- Être un ambassadeur à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur ;
- S'assurer que le personnel suit les étapes du parcours client pour toutes les interactions ;
- Maintenir un temps de fonctionnement de 100 % pour tous les services ;
- Atteindre les objectifs et les projections de revenus ;
- Former le personnel aux nouvelles procédures et normes du magasin ;
- Normes de base de propreté et d'organisation du centre ;
- Application de la politique de prévention du harcèlement de MontVR ;
- Responsable de l'inventaire de tous les articles nécessaires au fonctionnement continu (nettoyage, boissons, collations, etc.).
- Remplacer le personnel absent si nécessaire ;
- Assurer l'installation/mise à jour des logiciels ;
- Qualifications requises :_
- Minimum 1 an d’expérience en tant que assistant gérant
- Avoir un bon sens de la relation client
- Bonne connaissance en informatique
- Aptitude à travailler en équipe
- Bilinguisme anglais et français
- Leadership une nécessité
- Maturité et initiative

- Expérience de la supervision et de la gestion du personnel?
- À l'aise avec les enfants de 8 ans et plus?

- service à la clientèle: 3 ans (Souhaité)
