**Tim Horton's is looking for a Baking Professional to join our team**

**The Position**:
**Requirements**:
**At least two years of experience in the industry**
- Knowledge of baking techniques and techniques for making cakes and cookies
- Knowledge of ingredients and equipment needed
- Ability to follow a recipe without modification but changing the proportions of ingredients or changing the way the recipe is worded
- Follow all sanitation procedures
- Understand how to proof dough for pastries and what proofing techniques are used
- Understand how to proof dough for cookie bars and what proofing techniques are used
- Understand how to proof dough for cupcakes and what proofing techniques are used
- Understand how to proof cakes and what proofing techniques are used
- Understand how to proof cakes for cupcakes and what proofing techniques are used
- Understand how to proof cupcakes for cookies and what proofing techniques are used

**Salary**: $15.50-$16.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Niagara Falls, ON L2G 1T1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Baking: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
