**WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER**:
**RIMOWA** has a unique opportunity for a **Material Handler** to join the Materials CREW at our Cambridge facility.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Replenish materials, equipment and stock for production lines
- Load, unload and move materials either manually or with hand operated equipment
- Read and follow production schedules, move materials in order of plan, adapt to changes in plan
- Perform material handling activities such as filling orders, checking materials, assist in taking inventory, counting, sorting, weighing, packing and unpacking parts
- Perform kit audits when discrepancies arise within a work order
- Sort, pack, crate and package materials and products
- Remove scrap and route to appropriate destination
- Cut zippers according to work order
- Responsible for daily cleaning of work areas and equipment
- Assist training new Supermarket employees in job requirements and safety procedures
- May perform administrative duties such as transferring and adjustment of materials, updating and printing spreadsheets, answering phones

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**:

- Strong ability to multi-task with a high level of organizational skills, problem solving, decision making and written & oral communication
- Capability to differentiate between and to compare against colour sample for a variety of materials
- Fork Lift truck license required
- Must be able to accurately maintain a counting system both manually and computerized
- 1-2 yrs. experience with inventory maintenance and manufacturing processes and standards would be an asset
- Ability to read, understand, and follow production schedules
- Excellent English communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:
Work under pressure, attention to detail, fast paced, working with others, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, significant use of memory, continuous learning.

Moderate lifting, manual dexterity, standing for extended periods, repetitive tasks, reading text, document use, numeracy, writing, oral communication.

Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm

40 hours a week with overtime available
