**Responsibilities**:
1. Purchase materials, and supplies necessary to support company operations
2. In conjunction with the procurement team, source new vendors to obtain the best possible pricing and delivery
3. Create and maintain purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
4. Monitor inventory levels and ensure that they are maintained to meet demand
5. Work closely with other departments to ensure that inventory is accurate and up-to-date
6. Prepare reports on inventory levels, purchase orders, and vendor performance
7. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
8. Collaborate with the production team to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly
9. Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and policies
10. Assist with other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
1. 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or inventory control
2. Strong organizational and analytical skills
3. Able to Communicate in French and English
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
6. Knowledge of supply chain and logistics principles
