We are currently looking to add Roofers to our team. The position requires stamina and balance. Ability to work heights in various weather conditions. Must be willing to work long flexible hours. Must have transportation to our location daily.

**Responsibilities and Duties**: Knowledge of materials and tactics required for roof work. Maintain equipment and materials as needed. Ensure work area is always clean & organized to provide safe working practices. Climb to heights and conduct work with proper safety restraints. Lift heavy loads up to 50 lbs and navigate construction job site terrain.

**Hard Skills**: Shingler with 5 years of experience. Flat Roofer with 2ply mod bit and TPO experience. Working at Heights Certification required, will be provided if needed.

**Soft Skills**: Must be honest, reliable with a positive attitude. Able to work in a team environment with little or no supervision.

**Salary and Benefits**: Wages to be determined based on skills/qualifications and reliability. Benefits are offered after 3 month probation.

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour
