**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises, including checking for unauthorized individuals or suspicious activities.
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary.
- Document incidents and prepare detailed reports on security breaches or unusual occurrences.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the facility.
- Provide assistance to visitors and employees as needed, ensuring a welcoming environment while maintaining security protocols.
- Occasionally assist with maintaining cleanliness in public areas.

**Qualifications**
- Must have a valid work permit (SIN).
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods while performing patrol duties.
- Additional security training or certifications are a plus.
