Coordinateur Planification industrielle
Directement rattaché(e) au directeur de la planification du site, les principaux objectifs sont:
Appliquer les règles d’or de la planification industrielle.
Appliquer les règles HSE (Environnement, Hygiène, Sécurité) (Plan Zéro Déviation d’Alstom) lors des déplacements dans les ateliers
Gérer la demande dans les outils de planification de base et/ou l’ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
Vos missions principales sont:
- Consolider et analyser les prévisions de la demande
- Garantir que les données à l’intérieur de l’ERP / Core Planning Tool sont la dernière mise à jour
- Collaborer au S&OP trimestriel
- Participer au cycle SIOP en faisant les simulations appropriées et proposer des scénarios réalisables pour soutenir les décisions à prendre (avec solution interne et/ou externe)
- S’assurer que les décisions relatives aux instances SIOP sont reflétées dans le MPS et/ou le plan de livraison du matériel et qu’elles sont transmises à l’ensemble de l’organisation avec une communication appropriée avec les fournisseurs internes / externes
- Rapportez les travaux en cours (WIP) et les produits finis (FG) pour la consolidation des stocks matériels (HI) dans le temps
- Construire le plan de production en tenant compte de la disponibilité du Matériel, des Hommes, de la Machine
- Obtenir l’engagement sur l’hypothèse de toutes les parties prenantes
- Mettre à jour la planification industrielle dans l’outil de planification / ERP chaque fois qu’il y a un changement validé par toutes les parties prenantes
- Préparer et participer aux instances / réunions de planification du site

Bonne connaissance de l’outil de planification de base, de l’ERP et d’Excel
