**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Scheduling Management**:

- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for all live streams and video projects.
- Coordinate with production teams, clients, and vendors to ensure all necessary resources and personnel are available as needed.
- Monitor and adjust schedules as required to accommodate changes in project scope, client needs, or unforeseen circumstances.

**Resource Allocation**:

- Assign and manage the use of production resources, including equipment, studio space, and personnel, to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Ensure that all necessary equipment and resources are prepared and available for each production, with a particular focus on live streaming needs.

**Budget Oversight**:

- Work closely with Producers to develop and manage production budgets for all projects.
- Track and monitor production expenses, ensuring that all projects stay within budgetary limits.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality of production.
- Prepare budget reports for Producers and management, highlighting any discrepancies and proposing solutions to stay on track financially.

**Communication & Coordination**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries, ensuring clear and timely communication between all involved parties.
- Collaborate with Producers and other key stakeholders to align production schedules with project goals, client expectations, and budgetary constraints.
- Provide regular updates to Producers and other team members on scheduling status, budget performance, and potential conflicts.

**Conflict Resolution**:

- Identify potential scheduling conflicts or issues and proactively work to resolve them, ensuring mínimal disruption to production timelines and budget.
- Negotiate and coordinate with external partners, freelancers, and vendors to secure additional resources or adjust schedules and budgets as necessary.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all production schedules, resource allocations, project timelines, and budget expenditures.
- Prepare and present scheduling and budget reports to Producers and management, highlighting any challenges or areas for improvement.
- Continuously evaluate and refine scheduling and budgeting processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in scheduling or project management, with a focus on budget management, preferably in a media or production environment.
- Experience with scheduling software and tools, as well as a strong understanding of media production workflows and budget management.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in resolving scheduling conflicts and budgetary challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in scheduling and project management software, as well as budgeting tools.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Bilingual (French / English)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, particularly when live events require scheduling adjustments.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines and budgetary goals.
