Travel Agent

The Travel Agent shall have a minimum of two to three years experience as a Travel Agent. Must be TICO Certified. Should be knowledgeable in GDS systems, SIREV, Microsoft Office, Travel Works, and other online booking systems. Should have a good customer service skills and experience.

Specific Duties:

- Provide the superior customer service to our clients.
- Ability to sell all forms of travel and travel insurance.
- Ability to work 4 days a week Tuesday - Friday, 10 am - 4 pm
- Answer inbound phone calls, and greet customers in the office efficiently and accurately. Qualify customer needs and confidently close the sale.
- Assist in the day to day operations of the office
- Assist other agents when needed
- A positive attitude and willing to learn
- Detailed oriented
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
