Cleaner / Content Technician

We are an insured loss restoration company looking for a compassionate, reliable & detail-oriented individual to join our team as a cleaner/content technician.
- **Duties will include but are not limited to**:_
- Pre, post cleaning of client's property
- Listing, documenting, photographing, protecting, packing, and moving our clients belongings in order to assist in the mitigation and reconstruction of our clients property
- Must be able to lift 40lbs safely
- Providing efficiency while also being careful and mindful of the job at hand
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- **Qualifications**:_
- Valid driver's license. _Company vehicle is provided to job sites._
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in challenging situations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer service skills

Availability Mon - Fri with the occasional weekend emergency work. Work vehicle is supplied for getting to job sites. Wages will depend on experience.

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
