**Skills**
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Knowledge of Latex, Acrylics, and Oil Paints both interior and exterior
- Must have previous professional painting experience
- Strong guest service skills
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and professional attitude
**Requirements**:
- Must be able to complete a Criminal Background Check to the hotel’s satisfaction.
