Cosmetic Receptionist

_MMC Medical Aesthetics and Laser clinic is looking to hire a Cosmetic Receptionist in the downtown Fort Mcmurray Area._

The successful applicant should be able to multitask in a busy reception environment, have good attention to details, and be able to work well in a team with effective communication. The willingness to learn, grow and demonstrate initiative is a must.

**Responsibilities**:

- Offer exceptional telephone etiquette and customer service to our clients
- Responsible for greeting and receiving patients for the physicians, nurses and technicians
- Responsible for booking appointments and consultations
- Responsible for scheduling patients, answering the phones, keeping files and charts organized.
- Responsible for handling all social media accounts.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a aesthetic setting
- Experience with social media (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (preferred)
- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
