Assistant Resident Manager

We are seeking full-time Assistant Resident Managers to live on-site and work at our residential building in Gloucester, Ontario.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Keep the building & grounds safe, clean & tidy
- Rent vacant units and collect rents
- Monitor building activities
- Administration / Maintenance tasks

**Requirements**:

- Cleaning experience
- Maintenance skills
- Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team
- Customer Service skills
