**Job Summary**:
The PMO Analyst will report to the PMO Manager and support the PMO in providing project support, detailed analysis, reporting, and coordination across the project portfolio. The PMO Analyst will continually improve project management processes and ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic goals for construction projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, familiarity with project lifecycles, and a commitment to enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across all phases of construction project management. The PMO Analyst also plays a key role in facilitating project lifecycle processes, supporting lessons learned, and contributing to the development and delivery of PMO and lifecycle training for project resources.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with Project Managers to ensure adherence to stage gate process, standards, and methodologies within the PMO for consistency and compliance.
- Assist the PMO Manager with coordinating stage gate reviews, tracking approvals, and ensuring documentation is in place for review meetings
- Identify opportunities for process optimization within the PMO, recommending and implementing best practices to enhance project delivery effectiveness.
- Maintain and continuously improves the use of PMO software tools and systems, ensuring accurate data entry and supporting Project Stakeholders with support and training as needed.
- Work with various stakeholder groups to assess, define and develop continuous improvement initiatives for the PMO that will enhance the overall project delivery within the organization.
- Assist with facilitating Lessons Learned reviews, manage and update the PMO lessons learned database and report findings back to the wider project delivery teams
- Support the PMO Manager in identifying, logging, and monitoring risks and issues across the project portfolio; Ensure timely escalation of high-priority risks and issues to appropriate stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze project data, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, to support accurate project tracking and reporting.
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute project reports, and dashboards to leadership, ensuring transparency in project status, risks, and performance.
- Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for construction projects, helping the PMO track progress toward project objectives.
- Assist PMO Manger with onboarding and training of all new PMO stakeholders
- Support communications between leadership, Project Managers, and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment and facilitating the sharing of project information.
- Demonstrates the ability to adapt to and lead, change, and coach others in the acceptance and support of change
- Maintain updates to PMO SharePoint Site content, folder structure and permissions

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management support, ideally within the construction industry or a similar field supporting complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of construction project lifecycles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and SharePoint (e.g., MS Project, Visio, PROCORE or similar tools) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience in waterfall methodologies or process improvement frameworks.
- Familiarity with construction industry standards and compliance requirements.
