- Previous dental admin or dental assisting experience is required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to multitask
- Thorough attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Superior phone skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills

- Thrives in a busy environment

**Duties**:

- Optimize the schedule for efficiency
- Patient check-in / check-out
- Accurately record medical, personal, and insurance information
- Direct billing to insurance providers
- Accounts receivable
- Treatment plan monitoring
- Recall management

Qualifications:

- Previous dental experience is required
- Minimum 40WPM typing
- A strong understanding of computers and technology

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.00-$28.00 per hour
