Job Title: Logistics Dispatcher

Wage: $20-$26 Hourly

Schedule: Full time, Days and nights continental rotations, continental shift includes 7 shifts within a 14 day period with a two week average of 80 hrs.

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Dispatch trucks to pick up and deliver loads to customers.
- Schedule drivers and equipment for efficient delivery of freight.
- Monitor and track the movement of all freight, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain communication with drivers to provide updates on traffic, weather, or other potential delays.
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including driver logs, equipment usage, and fuel consumption.
- Resolve any issues or problems that arise during the transportation process, such as equipment breakdowns or delivery delays.
- Work closely with customers to ensure their transportation needs are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in dispatching or transportation logistics.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety requirements.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and transportation management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
