**This position can be located in Medicine Hat or Lethbridge, AB.**

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Support SVP Residential Operations in communicating and executing corporate objectives.
- Provide operational/sales direction for the residential portfolio manager team.
- Deploy all aspects of asset management strategy.
- Promote Avenue Living within the community: build a culture that reflects and fosters Avenue Living’s core values.
- Enforce standardization of operational processes for the existing portfolio and new acquisitions.
- Develop residential portfolio managers and their teams.
- Demonstrate effective leadership to deliver best-in-class standards of customer service, maintenance, and property operations.
- Execute deployment of training and education for RPM's to support success in the role.
- Develop procedures and governance for operations organization, aligned to overarching policies.

**WHAT WILL YOU NEED?**
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Business Administration
- 3+ years’ experience in a Leadership role.
- Facilities management experience.
- Project management experience.
- Understanding the components of Sales, Facilities, Capital Management with a strong financial acumen.
