The Admission Discharge Manager (ADM) will be accountable for the overall coordination of flow within Western Memorial Regional Hospital. The individual will be responsible for monitoring the demand and capacity of inpatient beds and work with stakeholders to use strategies to support efficient flow. This includes ensuring the right care in the right place through appropriateness of admissions, efficient utilization of ambulatory services, coordination of interfacility care, as well as community care. This position leads the monitoring and reporting of alternate level of care (ALC) to support the identification of system wide issues that may impact length of stay. This position uses key performance indicators to evaluate flow. The Clinical Lead for Social Work II at WMRH as well as the social work positions report directly to the ADM. This position reports to the Director of Patient Services - Medicine Program.

**A satisfactory record of work performance and attendance is required for this position.
Hours of Work: 70 Hours per pay period
0800-1600 Hours; Monday to Friday. Other hours may vary based on need.
Salary Scale: $62,228.00 to $80,896.00 per Annum.
