We are currently seeking a committed and motivated leader to join our Winnipeg team as our next Warehouse Lead. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping our customers receive goods and products to achieve and maintain clean indoor air quality. This role leads our warehouse team in the day-to-day operations of the organization of inventory and transportation of goods while coordinating with other departments to meet customer needs.

**The day-to-day activities of our Warehouse Lead include**:

- Team Leadership - Oversee and direct the workflow of the warehouse team, provide training and coaching, manage employee inquires and support development of your team.
- Dispatching of Goods - Manage the scheduling of shipments and tracking of goods in transit. Coordinate deliveries and receiving of good while maintaining the required documentation.
- Commitment to Safety - You demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by maintaining a secure work environment for all team members. This involves participating in the health and safety program, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and diligently documenting any incidents or near misses.
- Teamwork and Continuous Improvement - Collaborate with the other departments to continually build knowledge about air quality performance and provide way to improve processed.
- Experience in a leadership role, leading others in a similar role.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
- Prior forklift experience and certification is considered an asset.

**During the interview process, we will assess the following**:

- Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 23 Kg (50lbs); and working in various temperatures and/or dusty environments.
- Maintains a non-GDL Class 5 driver’s license.
- Commitment to continual improvement: Demonstrated curiosity and dedication to personal and team growth.
- Safety focused mindset: Understanding and adhering to all safety protocols and procedures and actively seeking ways to improve safety.
