We are looking for an Accounting Associate to join our team

Essential

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate record of receivables and follow up with customers on aging balances (collection calls for delinquent accounts)
- Intercompany invoicing
- External invoicing back-up
- Complete bank deposits, transactions and reconciliations
- Maintenance time sheets/ expense reporting
- Month end journal entries and reconciliations

Essential Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in accounting/ finance
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Proficient communication skills (verbal & written) and fluent in English
- Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
- Team player

Proficient with computers, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
