**Customer Service Representative**

**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Using espresso machine to create specialty coffee drinks in a timely manner
- Maintain customer relationships with the highest standards of courtesy, integrity, and professionalism.
- Cashier work
- Keeping stations cleaned and stocked
- Opening and closing cafe, completing mandatory sanitary tasks
- Maintain an organized and efficient workflow process to ensure that customer inquiries, requests, and complaints are processed efficiently.

**Required Skills**:
**At least one previous job is required**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: From $16.75 per hour
