**Full Job Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Create sales forecasts, set quotas, and establish sales territories.
- Monitor and assess the performance of individual sales team members.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
- Ensure that sales representatives are equipped with the tools and resources needed to succeed.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Assist in managing key accounts and addressing customer concerns.
- Continuously improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and leverage technology to streamline operations.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate goals, strategies, and expectations.
- Familiarity with and effective use of sales and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
- Provide accurate and detailed product information, quotations, and proposals to clients in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in millwork sales with a successful track record. Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Proficient in sales software and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
