**Position: Director of Research and Development - 3D Construction Printing (3DCP)**

As we embark on an exhilarating expansion into 3D Construction Printing (3DCP), we seek a distinguished Director of Research and Development to spearhead our R&D endeavors. This role is designed for a visionary leader eager to lead the integration of groundbreaking technologies in construction, solidifying our position as industry frontrunners.
**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the R&D department, ensuring its strategic direction is in harmony with our corporate goals and the successful adoption of 3DCP technologies.
- Drive innovation in the development and lifecycle management of 3DCP technologies to sustain a competitive edge.
- Oversee the Science, Product Development, and Formulation Engineering teams, nurturing a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Spearhead and manage clinical research and collaborative partnerships, overseeing projects from concept to conclusion, including strategic analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with vendors, academic institutions, and government agencies, both domestically and internationally, to enhance our technological capabilities and product development efforts.
- Direct multidisciplinary projects, identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements.
- Engage in high-level correspondence with governmental bodies to ensure regulatory compliance and cultivate supportive relationships for our R&D objectives.
- Facilitate market expansion strategies, broadening market share, and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Manage requirements for international travel, representing the company in global forums, and fostering international partnerships.
- Play an integral role in construction management and coordination with architectural design teams to ensure project specifications and innovative designs are seamlessly integrated and executed.
**Educational and Professional Qualifications**:
- A Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineering (P.Eng) certification highly preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in R&D within the construction, manufacturing, or related sectors, demonstrating a proven track record in 3DCP or related technologies.

- Proven leadership in R&D with a strong focus on innovation and strategic development.
- Expertise in leading high-performance teams and managing complex projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of 3DCP technologies, construction methodologies, and industry regulations.

**Offer**:
Compensation Package: CAD $90,000 - $110,000 Annually, Commensurate with Experience and Qualifications
