**Adamson Systems Engineering** is a vertically integrated manufacturer with surface mount (SMT) PCB production, extensive in-house CNC parts production, laser cutting, as well as, powder coating, transducer production and plastics molding (SMC).

**Our brand new** $2.4m PCB production line includes:

- Fuji Aimex IIIs
- Athena 3D AOI
- YesTech 3D AOI
- Pemtron 3D SPI
- Heller 13 zone reflow oven
- Ersa selective soldering

Transducer assembly is performed by a skilled team of technicians on fixtured tooling, with soldering, glueing and pressing performed by hand work. We continue to develop palletized assembly of our transducer and electronic finished products, including chassis, wiring harnesses, connection panels, loudspeakers and rack assemblies.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Collect, compile, analyze, develop, and report data regarding SMT and transducer assembly operations
- Pursue automation initiatives to improve throughput and decrease re-work
- Quality and efficiency management of electronics and transducer manufacturing cycle
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and calibration requirements
- Support NPI and DFM processes from prototype to full production status
- Participate in supply chain management initiatives
- Responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
- Comply with all Environmental Health and Safety standards
- Lead problem-solving and risk assessment
- Manage process audits

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- 7 Years EMS experience, managing teams in PCB production and electronic product assembly
- Experience and understanding of Discrete Manufacturing, including the relationships between the Supply Chain, BOMs, Routings, Assembly Line, and Quality Management
- Experience with post SMT work on PCBs, including thru hole, staking and conformal coating
- Experience in the creation of completed electronic products, including chassis, labelling and packaging
- Experience in a Lean work environment including TQM and Continuous Improvement
- Experienced in managing workflow scheduling, equipment, and staff utilization
