Our original location was based in Hanover, Ontario and we are currently operating from two locations: Hanover and Kitchener.

Our approach to the market with our primary line of business is by promoting and selling the top furniture and mattress brands manufactured in Canada. The majority of our product displayed on the floor is made in Canada. Our logo says it all“FOR THE LOVE OF CANADIAN FURNITURE”.

**About the Position**

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Warehouse and Store Support person. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations and providing essential support to our retail store.

**About You**

You are a dedicated and proactive individual who enjoys working in a dynamic team environment, contributing to the success of our operations and providing excellent service to our customers.

**Your primary responsibilities will be**:

- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming materials
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space. Ensure proper storage of goods, follow safety protocols, and contribute to an overall safe working environment
- Provide support to the retail store as needed such as moving, updating and organizing furniture displays
- Assisting with customer pickups, and point of sale
- Work closely with team members and communicate effectively to ensure seamless coordination between warehouse and store operations

**Your Education, Skills, and Experience**:

- Completion of high-school or post secondary certificate
- Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment is preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including weekends
