**Responsibilities**
- Conduct hands-on training sessions for new drivers, focusing on safe driving practices, vehicle operation, and company policies.
- Evaluate driver performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills and compliance.
- Develop training materials and resources that align with industry standards and company objectives.
- Monitor and report on the progress of trainees, identifying areas for improvement and additional training needs.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices to ensure compliance during training sessions.
- Collaborate with management to refine training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Assist in the orientation process for new hires, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their roles.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a professional driver with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a training or instructional role is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to trainees.
- Ability to assess individual learning styles and adapt training methods accordingly.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the transportation industry.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching others.
- Certification in driver training or related fields is a plus.

Pay: $56,890.85-$76,188.86 per year
