- Grade 12 Diploma or Equivalent
- Safety advocate

- Basic math aptitude

**Experience that would be considered an asset includes**:

- Exposure to a production facility
- Operation of forklifts and overhead cranes
- Understanding blueprints, geometric tolerances, and computer numerical controls (CNC) equipment

The Selkirk facility is a unionized environment with a base wage starting at $17.92/hr ($20.12/hr after probation).
