**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Working in coordination with a variety of Rack Team Members, Seasonal Staff and Summer Students are responsible to assist the location team in daily operations in a variety of capacities including, but not limited to:

- Customer management
- Yard site maintenance and operations
- Chem shed maintenance and operations
- Inventory control
- Product delivery
- Crop scouting
- Tissue sampling
- Soil sampling
- Adhere to safety protocols and document where possible
- Ability to operate a variety of equipment and able to identify if the equipment is operating properly
- Ability to read work orders
- Overtime and irregular hours expected during busy times
- Other duties as assigned

**REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**:

- Mechanical aptitude
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Forklift and skid steer experience/tickets would be beneficial
- Communication skills - written and verbal
- Farming background and/or crop scouting experience is an asset
- 1+ year of study towards diploma/bachelor degree, preferably in agriculture is an asset
- Class 5 driver's license and safe driving record
- Ability lift and carry 50 lbs
- Willingness and ability to operate equipment required to run/maintain the yard/chemical shed
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with mínimal supervision
