**Job Title**

Business Systems Analyst - (Hybrid) - #CSTech

**What is the opportunity?**

The Financial Crime team is working on a major projects in Anti money laundering area. This is one of the key initiatives that is part of a multiple organization wide programs as part of RBC’s ongoing plan to improve and offer new products and services to clients across the globe. This role will focus on managing & documenting requirements and leading discussions with various business and IT partners across the enterprise.

**What will you do?**
- Elicit and document business requirements for various initiatives with focus on translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Identify and engage various stakeholders that would be impacted by new changes proposed by the business.
- Perform impact analysis as part of the new changes and document the outcome.
- Collaborate and contribute on cross-functional enterprise initiatives and manage the effective implementation of assigned deliverables.
- Establish strong working relationships across business units and platforms to build influence and impact with key business partners. Collaborate with groups to define and achieve deliverables and ensure initiatives are effectively integrated into RBC procedures and processes.

**Must-have**:

- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Experience working in Agile environment
- Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project.
- Strong organizational, business analysis and time management capabilities with a highly collaborative mindset
- Deadline-driven and results-oriented and the ability to demonstrate sense of urgency; able to meet consistently high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

**Nice-to-have**:

- Experience in a matrix environment, such a large Financial Institution
- Experience working on a banking migration programs
- Experience in Anti money laundering area.
- Experience in Python (data analysis).
- CBAP certification
