Findoor Industrial Inc. is a leading manufacturer of highly insulated bi-fold commercial doors. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our valued door dealers and distributors in finding the perfect solutions for their clients. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding our customers through the process of selecting the right color, size, dimensions, and additional options such as windows and man doors. You'll serve as a key point of contact, providing guidance and support from the initial inquiry all the way to deliver.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with door dealers and distributors to understand their clients' needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on color choices, size considerations, dimensions, and various optional features.
- Assist customers in customizing commercial door solutions, ensuring alignment with their project requirements.
- Generate accurate and detailed quotes, considering all selected options and specifications.
- Facilitate contract creation and signing, ensuring clarity on terms and conditions.
- Address customer inquiries promptly, including questions related to shipment timing and delivery details.
- Maintain open and effective communication channels with customers, keeping them informed throughout the order process.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Sales Coordinator to address any technical questions or challenges that may arise.
- Continuously update product knowledge to stay informed about the latest offerings, options, and industry trends.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and support.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to accurately process information to create comprehensive quotes.
- Basic technical understanding to address general customer inquiries and escalate technical questions when necessary.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
