**Skills & Experience**:
1.Strong understanding of Mining operations as well the technologies currently used in Mining sector (at least 3 to 5 years) Ability to facilitate a team to consensus on scope, design decisions and implementation decisions. Ability to create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.8-10years of IT services industry experience.

2.Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst/ Lead Business Analyst.

3.Experience In Data Mining, data analyzing and related data tools are required.
4.Excellent English communications skills - strong verbal and written communication skills in order to develop and communicate project deliverables in a non-technical manner to end users. Strong presentation skills.
5.Analyze and model the business domain to create a complete picture of work-flows and technical requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed software.
6.Will be required to perform requirements planning, elicitation, functional testing, solution validations, stakeholder discussion, requirements workshops and project documentation.
7.Solid understanding of the following requirements models: Stakeholder Categories, Non-functional requirements, Gap Analysis, Glossary, Context Diagram, Data Model, Data Dictionary, Business Rules, Decision Tables, Mind Maps, Process Maps, requirements traceability and Use Cases.
8.Working closely with product owner to understand requirements, help maintain product & sprint backlogs, writing user stories, JIRA updates, evaluate BA activity scope & complexity, participate in status meetings, tracks and maintains detailed BA activity and risks lists.
