Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Broker to join our team. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, analyzing insurance needs, and recommending suitable insurance policies to clients. This is a sales-focused role that requires strong communication and negotiation skills.
**Duties**:
- Conduct sales administration activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to potential clients and promote insurance products
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Analyze insurance policies and coverage options to determine the best fit for each client's requirements
- Market insurance products to individuals and businesses, building a strong client base
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and transactions
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
**Skills**:
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable; ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is a plus
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Bilingual capabilities are advantageous for serving diverse clientele
- Knowledge of various insurance products and coverage options
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Pay: $45,567.56-$50,816.37 per year
