Squamish, Canada SSR Security Services Full time

We're hiring multiple full-time & part-time security officers for a industrial site in Squamish BC.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must hold a Valid Security License (BST)
- Must have a Valid DL & a reliable vehicle to reach the site location
- Strong observation and communication skills, the ability to maintain self-control, and the ability to make quick decisions during emergency situations
- Must possess a High School Diploma. An additional diploma/degree/certificate in criminology or a law-enforcement-related study would be considered an asset
- Must be bondable and able to pass a security clearance
- Should be comfortable working alone or within diverse teams and must be able to stick to procedures and set routines
- Must have an open availability
- Must act in a disciplined, honest, and ethical manner

**Available Shifts**:

- Morning: 06:00 - 14:00hrs
- Afternoon: 14:00 - 22:00hrs
- Night: 22:00 - 06:00hrs

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Maintains a safe and secure environment for customers and visitors by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel
- Evict trespassers/vagrants
- Complete incident reports when necessary
- Providing great customer service to customers & residents
- Regular patrolling with the ability to stand for a minimum 8-hour shift
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

- Overnight Shift (preferred)
