Assistant Grower

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Grower Assistant/greenhouse laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining plants in a greenhouse or outdoor setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plant, water, and maintain crops
- Monitor plant health and growth progress
- Operate irrigation systems to ensure proper watering
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as needed
- Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Use mechanical knowledge to operate equipment and machinery
- Employ hand tools for gardening tasks
- Assist in planting, moving & organizing crops as needed
- Assist in greenhouse maintenance
- other growing or greenhouse support tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in plant cultivation preferred but not required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
- Proficiency in irrigating plants effectively
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment operation
- Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Pay: $16.55-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
