Automotive Service Advisor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the automotive industry. This is a full-time position located in

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to our dealership
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues
- Schedule appointments and communicate with customers regarding service updates
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance
- Generate repair orders and ensure accurate billing
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Upsell additional services and products to meet customer needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in cash handling and basic computer skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
