The TimSold Real Estate Team is looking for an experienced Real Estate PPC Specialist. (Facebook & Google Ads / Youtube Ads)

A PPC Specialist´s goal is to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment and Lead generation. (ROI)

You should be highly detail-oriented and have exceptional problem-solving skills, Team Player.

**Required skill**:

- Come up with great ad copy for Text ads / Display ads
- Expert knowledge on A/B testing and campaign optimization
- Weekly ad reports
- Google ads certificate
- SEO is a bonus

Delivering PPC Campaigns to the most relevant and effective networks, based on analysis, monitoring, review, and active decision making.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Research and keep up on industry trends.
- Find ways to reduce the risk of click fraud.

**Responsibilities**:
The PPC Specialist is responsible for the healthy performance of all client campaigns assigned to them. They are expected to monitor and optimize the campaigns on an ongoing basis in order to meet the established KPIs for the campaigns and the clients’ advertising goals.

It is expected of the PPC Specialist to do the above and be proactive in bringing solutions, suggestions, and recommendations to the team internally and/or the client to improve on the advertising efforts.
- Perform day-to-day management of campaigns, including oversight of bid recommendations, execution details, and budgets.

- Review Budget Utilization
- Competitor and market research/analysis
- Performance Reporting
- Create advertising campaigns
- Build marketing strategies
- Research on competitive landscape
- Setting up and managing shopping campaigns for e-Commerce businesses
- Stay abreast of industry trends and changes, sharing out learning with internal teams
- Analyze consumer trends behavior
- Attend meetings
- Speaking with clients
- Create PPC Strategies

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a PPC Strategist (5 years minimum), Real Estate Experience
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communications skills
- Analytical thinking with some math skills
- Proficiency with major online advertising platforms (e.g.LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Youtube)
- Call tracking platforms
- Working knowledge of analytics, tracking, and reporting tools (Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager
- Knowledge on how to optimize landing pages

*Selected Canidate will be given a 1 week trial on running a mock campaign. (ad budget is supplied)

**Job Types**: Freelance, Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Google Ads: 3 years (required)
- Facebook Advertising: 3 years (required)
