Attrell Toyota is looking for an Accounting Clerk who has automotive dealership experience to join their accounting team.

Qualifications:
**Experience**:

- Dealership Accounting: 3 years (must)
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds Automotive Dealership software.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receiving and verifying invoices and requisitions
- Balance, post, and reconcile vehicle deals.
- Posting Wholesale and Dealer Trades
- Verification of gross profit
- Calculation of commission
- Maintain and reconcile relative schedules on a monthly basis.
- Monthly Inventory reconciliation.
- Post Factory Invoices.
- Assist with other accounting, admin tasks and special projects as required.
- Must exercise full discretion and confidentiality with sales commission information.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and work well under pressure.- Reconciling statements
- Ensure that correct payments are received.
- Verify that sales documentation is complete
- After posting, check balances of inventory and receivable schedules
- Produce Monthly Accounting reports
- Meet Month end close deadlines.
- Participate and complete the Cross training of all relative accounting duties within the department.
- Assist in other accounting duties as required

Salary may vary based on experience and would be discussed.
