**Job Description**:
Job Responsibilities:

- Site Clean-up/ Floor protection
- Finish Carpentry
- Warranty Repairs
- Material delivery + Pick-up
- Framing/ Renovation Framing
- Over all Handyman

Qualifications and Desired Skills:

- Not required, but Carpentry Red Seal ticket
- Strong Organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to make decisions independently and in timely manner
- Flexible skill set

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Maple Ridge, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 1 year (preferred)
