**As our Telecommunication Technician, you will be responsible to**:

- Execute fibre optic network installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Pull cable and install conduit to connect devices to network racks.
- Set up IP networks and install various security and environmental devices.
- Conduct terminations, testing, and maintenance of fibre optic networks.
- Boost cell and Wi-Fi signals and install phone systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment to maintain network functionality.
- Maintain detailed records and generate reports on network performance.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations for a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize network performance and provide technical support.
- Manage projects efficiently with a limited crew, including site surveys and estimates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications Required**:

- Valid class 5 with a clean Drivers Abstract
- Current safety tickets required: H2S, First Aid Level C CPR & AED. CSO, Aerial Work Platform, Fall Protection
- Proficient in fiber optic cable installations, terminations, splicing, and testing.
- Familiarity with telecommunications equipment, network infrastructure, and industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
