**Job description**

We are currently looking for a full time/part-time **Bookkeeping/ H.R Generalist** administrator to work on a full time/ Part Time to manage the office for a small business

This position is responsible for performing a variety of bookkeeping and accounting duties including processing payroll weekly, financial record keeping and transactions including A/P, A/R, monthly billing and General Ledger. Desired individual will have advanced experience with QuickBooks Online with strong organizational and time management skills, acute attention to detail and the ability to work with mínimal supervision. Will manage the office to ensure a positive customer experience including scheduling and invoicing.

**Office Management /Bookkeeper Office Responsibilities**
- Bookkeeping Duties (QuickBooks Pro):

- Client invoicing and accounts receivable management
- Vendor management and payment
- Monthly reconciliations
- Submit quarterly HST payments and reports
- Manage office budgets and spending
- Prepare monthly accounting and sales reports
- Prepare weekly Payroll
- Liaise with Accountant at year-end
- Process and pay all invoices in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly government grant-specific financial reports.
- Maintain accounting procedures and policies and systems of internal controls to ensure the integrity of all financial systems.
- Positive Customer experience with job scheduling and all interactions.
- H.R Generalist

**Qualifications**
- Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Accounting designation preferred.
- Strong organizational, management and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience with financial aspects of government funding programs.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel.
- Knowledge of Telpay.
- Strong attention to detail.

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 3 year (preferred)
- bookkeeping: 3 year (preferred)
- bookkeeping/ office admin: 2 years (required)

**Salary**: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
