We are looking for FT Midnight Counter Staff and Team Members with a proven record of experience within fast casual restaurant concepts for our Robin's Store, 980 Oliver Road, Thunder Bay, ON.

Job Requirements:

- Greets and connects with customers providing excellent service.
- Discovers customer needs and appropriately suggests products with every customer to enhance service and meet sales goals.
- Responds to customer needs and thanks every customer.
- Maintains customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner.
- Prepares a variety of customer beverage orders such as Coffees, Hot Drinks and blended beverages among others.
- Baking and preparation of a variety of food items like Muffins, Pies, Danishes, Sandwiches among others
- Follows store policies and procedures.
- Performs daily tasks in accordance with the Opening/Closing/Shift handover and cleaning standards working as a team player.
- Follow cash handling, register policies and accounting policies
- Must be willing to work weekends and midnights and have a safe food handling certificate.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS **Minimum of one year experience in Food & Beverage.**
- **Previous experience in a similar environment an asset**:

- Energetic, motivated, team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thunder Bay, ON P7B 6V4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Food and beverage: 1 year (preferred)
